Class Descriptions

Aqua classes provide a combination of high and low intensity movements designed to give a great cardiovascular workout without the impact. The use of aqua equipment in deep and shallow water allows for a variety of aerobic moves. All classes are 50 minutes in duration.

Excellent class for Over 50’s, offering low-to-mid intensity moves. This class incorporates low resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and lower body conditioning.
