Pool Parties

Is it your birthday, end of school party or just a get together? Let Prairiewood Leisure Centre organise a pool party for you!

Pool parties are tailored to suit you and your party members.

What’s Included?

  • 1 hour of pool games with pool equipment and supervision
    OR
    1 hour on the Pool Inflatable with supervision (strictly available for use by swimmers of intermediate to advanced ability only)*
  • Table and party decorations
  • Swim cap for each child
  • Gift for birthday child
  • Birthday Certificate
  • Pad of 20 birthday invitations
  • Unlimited stay in our pool after the party (parents/guardians must supervise children)
  • Food menu
    – Mains – Party Pies, Mini Sausage Rolls, Mini Pizzas, Chicken Chippies

$260 for up to 10 children
(includes up to 10 supervising adults)

Each additional child – $26
(maximum total of 20 children includes up to 20 supervising adults)

When?

Parties are held on Saturdays, Sundays and during school holidays – am & pm times are available (check for availabilities).

Conditions

  1. Parties are for children 5 – 15 years only.
  2. Children under the age of 10 MUST be accompanied by a person 16 years and over before, during and after the party.
  3. Pool Parties must be booked at least three (3) weeks in advance and are subject to availability.
  4. $100 deposit required to secure booking.
  5. Payment balance and any additional children must be received two (2) weeks prior to party date
  6. Cancellation of party will incur a $50 fee.
  7. Bookings include one (1) adult spectator per child.
  8. Any extra adults / children either; attending the party; using the pool; or entering as a spectator must pay the appropriate fee.
  9. Patrons entering the facility are bound by the Terms and Conditions of Entry displaye at the Centre.
  10. All children wishing to access the Pool Inflatable will have their swimming ability assessed by a qualified party host. The party host’s decision will be final.
  11. Children deemed not to have sufficient swimming ability will not be able to access the Pool Inflatable.
  12. Parents/guardians are not permitted to accompany children on the Pool Inflatable.
  13. Commercial take-away/fast foods or catered quantity of foods are not permitted.
