One-on-one Personal Training is an effective way to ensure you reap the full rewards out of your exercise program. All of our personal trainers are qualified Registered Fitness Trainers with Fitness Australia and are ready to use their knowledge to help you achieve the best results possible for your short, medium and long term fitness goals.

In each session, your Personal Trainer will:

  • Provide personal attention throughout your session
  • Understand your need to be motivated
  • Helps you set and achieve your fitness goals
  • Encourages your commitment to exercise enjoyment

Based on your current level of fitness, your Personal Trainer will tailor an exercise program for you, ensuring each session meets your fitness goals.

With a sustained personal training program, you will notice significant gains in knowledge and results and exceed your fitness potential.

Personal training is available in affordable 1, 5, 10, and 20 session packages at each centre.

Group PT also available (minimum 4 / maximum 8 people) – 4 week courses ( 2 x 1 hour session per week)
