Fairfield Leisure Centres offer an extensive schedule to help you get fit in a fun and motivating setting.
Aqua classes provide a combination of high and low intensity movements designed to give a great cardiovascular workout without the impact. The use of aqua equipment in deep and shallow water allows for a variety of aerobic moves. All classes are 50 minutes in duration.
Excellent class for Over 50’s, offering low-to-mid intensity moves. This class incorporates low resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and lower body conditioning.
A 30-minute session concentrating on achieving the strength, agility, and stability you require to take your other classes to the next level. Targeting the abdominals, back, hips, and butt to increase strength in these muscle groups creates a challenging but achievable workout that will ‘harden’ your core.
A freestyle class including high & low moves (at a moderate to high intensity) as well as body sculpting. High Fusion combines classic and contemporary movements!
BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy, athletic workout focused on cardio fitness, muscle endurance and agility.
It combines sports-inspired training like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises.
BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga, tai chi and Pilates workout that helps you build your flexibility and
core strength while reducing stress and focusing your mind to create a lasting sense of wellbeing.
BODYCOMBAT™ is a mixed martial arts-inspired workout that fuels cardio fitness and defines and
strengthens your whole body. You’ll feel empowered and in control as you build phenomenal core strength.
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to get you lean and toned.
You’ll work all your major muscles as you build strength and burn calories, getting fitter, faster.
Inspired by elite athletic training principles, CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and
sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core,
improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do.

Pilates is a mind-body conditioning program that targets the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine to improve overall central core stability and posture. The mind and body are brought together to achieve these aims.
Low impact fat burning, combined with fat loss and complete lower body conditioning using Step-platform.
Yoga is mostly concerned with body alignment, correct posture and awareness. Yoga is uniquely characterised by the performance of postures and breath practice with a strong emphasis on precision and alignment, planned sequencing, timing and the use of props.
Asanas (postures) are held for varying amounts of time with benefits for participants of any age and level of fitness – the ability to face the physical, mental and emotional challenges of contemporary life with strength, vitality, mobility, thoughtfulness and composure.
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
